If you’re passionate about art, music, and culture, don’t miss the 2024 White Rock & South Surrey Culture Crawl! Set across more than 25 locations, this exciting two-day event on Saturday, October 5, and Sunday, October 6, 2024, offers a unique chance to experience local artists, musicians, and artisans in their element. As part of Culture Days, most activities are free, except for a few ticketed performances. Explore South Surrey’s vibrant cultural scene—there’s something for everyone!

1. Totest Aleng: Indigenous Learning House
Address: 13723 Crescent Rd, Surrey
At the heart of the White Rock & South Surrey Culture Crawl 2024, you’ll find Totest Aleng, where Ryan Hughes from the Snuneymuxw First Nation will perform live carving demonstrations. Join him on both days from 12 pm to 4 pm as he transforms wood into captivating pieces of art. This stop offers an incredible opportunity to engage with Indigenous traditions and heritage. 2. Tiffany Exclusively Stained Glass & Designs by Tiffany
Address: 15735 Broome Rd, Surrey
Looking for a unique gift? Visit Tiffany Exclusively Stained Glass, where Lorraine Scott will be showcasing her incredible glass artwork. She has been creating masterpieces for over 30 years, and you can watch her live demonstrations on October 5 (10 am to 5 pm) and October 6 (10 am to 4 pm). 3. Crescent Beach Pop-Up Gallery

If you love nature, don’t miss the “In Love with Nature” exhibition at Crescent Beach Pop-Up Gallery, part of the White Rock & South Surrey Culture Crawl 2024. The Three Artists Collective (Joy Peterson, Terri Casela, Julie McDowell) will be showcasing their artwork inspired by the natural world on Saturday from 10 am to 9 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm. Another key destination in the White Rock & South Surrey Culture Crawl 2024 is the Historic Stewart Farm, where artist Cara Guri will be creating a community-inspired artwork titled “Community at Home.” Visitors can also enjoy live music and refreshments while touring this 1900’s farmhouse.
