Tsawwassen Condos Under $800K

Tsawwassen condos for sale under $800K go from one-bedroom units to bigger two-bedroom homes. Some are in older low-rise buildings near 56 Street, and some are in newer buildings near Tsawwassen Mills.

Some of the newer buildings are on Tsawwassen First Nation land. So check whether a unit is freehold or leasehold before you make an offer. Freehold means you own the unit outright. Leasehold means you own it for a set number of years.

Before you buy, look at the strata fees, the depreciation report (the building's plan for future repairs), the meeting minutes and the rules on pets and rentals.
