Every condo and apartment for sale in the City of Langley and the Township of Langley shows up below, at any price. Two areas to watch for new condos are Langley City's core near the coming SkyTrain, and Willoughby along 200 Street.
People are often surprised that Langley is really two cities. The City of Langley is the smaller one in the middle. The Township of Langley wraps around it and includes Willoughby, Walnut Grove, Murrayville, Fort Langley, Aldergrove and Brookswood. Each has its own council, its own plans and its own bylaws, so a condo a few blocks apart can sit under different rules.
I grew up on a farm in Langley and I'm back living here now, so I've watched both sides fill in with apartments over the years.
The City's Official Community Plan sends its tallest buildings toward the two planned SkyTrain stations, near 196 Street and 203 Street. The Historic Downtown Core along Fraser Highway is meant to stay a shopping street, with shops on the ground floor and homes or offices above.
The plan counted 7,260 apartment units in Langley City when it was written, with room for far more over time. For a closer look, see Langley City listings and my Langley City guide.
In the Township, Willoughby's new plan is built around a transit corridor. In June 2026 the Township replaced the old Willoughby plan and folded five neighbourhood plans into a new Willoughby Transit Corridor Plan, built around a proposed bus rapid transit line on 200 Street with five stations. Details are on the Township's Willoughby Community Plan update page. My Willoughby guide and Willoughby Heights listings go deeper.
The Surrey Langley SkyTrain extension will run 16 kilometres along Fraser Highway, ending at Langley City Centre Station near 203 Street and Industrial Avenue. Willowbrook Station, at 196 Street, will serve Surrey, the Township and the City of Langley. The Province expects it to open in late 2029. If transit matters to you, ask me how far each building is from those two stations.
You'll also see condos in Walnut Grove, Murrayville, Aldergrove and Fort Langley. Before you book showings, read up on each one: Walnut Grove (or browse Walnut Grove listings), Murrayville (and Murrayville listings), Fort Langley, Aldergrove and Brookswood. All of them are on my Langley neighbourhood guides page.
Whatever building you like, read the paperwork. Pull the Form B, which the strata has to hand over within 7 days. Read the depreciation report; B.C. requires one every five years for any strata with five or more lots. And read two years of council minutes to see what's coming up.
