Murrayville Houses for Sale and Other Homes

Murrayville sits on both sides of the Fraser Highway just east of the City of Langley, in the Township of Langley. The Township calls it its traditional civic core. Homes for sale are mostly detached houses, from older homes on larger lots to newer streets, plus townhomes and some condos.

Murrayville has its own community plan and part of it is a heritage conservation area, so check the rules for the exact lot before you plan changes.

  • Murray's Corner: A five-corner intersection at the centre of a heritage conservation area, one of only two in the Township. The Traveller's Hotel (1887) is a scheduled heritage property.

  • Creek and river edges: The community plan calls for the banks of the Nicomekl River and Murray Creek to be preserved.
