The names are MLS® sub-areas, which the City of Pitt Meadows does not publish as boundaries. Each guide says how it places its area and gives facts by street address. Mid Meadows and South Meadows overlap along Bonson Road, so read both if your address is near it.
My Central Meadows guide covers Harris Road, the civic centre and Pitt Meadows Station.
Pitt Meadows public schools are run by School District 42 (SD42). Catchments are set by address, so confirm an exact address with SD42. Pitt Meadows Secondary is the only public secondary school in Pitt Meadows on the Province’s school list, and each guide lists the elementary schools I found for its area.
Yes. Each guide has a flood section from City pages. The City says it is almost entirely protected by 60 km of dikes and is at risk of flooding annually in May and June (City of Pitt Meadows dikes page). Ask me or the City about a specific lot.
The City says 78% of Pitt Meadows land falls within the Agricultural Land Reserve. ALR status is set parcel by parcel, so check the exact address on the Agricultural Land Commission map. Each guide says what I found for its area.
