Neighbourhood guide · City of Chilliwack · The Landing
Lower Landing is an MLS® sub-area name in the City of Chilliwack. The City doesn’t publish a boundary for it. The closest official description is the City’s Greenspace Plan 2020, which lists The Landing among its community parks. The area takes its name from the Landing recreation lands on the north side of Chilliwack, by the Fraser River: the Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre at Unit #1, 9145 Corbould Street and the Landing Sports Centre at 45530 Spadina Avenue. MLS® listings also group the Cedarbrook development on Schweyey Road into this sub-area. That is an MLS grouping, not an official boundary. See all Chilliwack neighbourhood guides.
