Bridgeview day to day

Community spaces

Bridgeview Community Centre is at 11475 126A Street, and Bridgeview Park is on 115 Avenue. The North Surrey Sport & Ice Complex, at 10950 126A Street, is just to the south. For river views, Brownsville Bar Park on Old Yale Road and the Surrey Public Wharf on 130 Street are both nearby.

School

Bridgeview Elementary on 115A Avenue is the local school, and it's in the Kwantlen Park Secondary family. Confirm any address with the Surrey Schools School Locator.

Transit

Scott Road SkyTrain Station is at the west edge. The R6 RapidBus runs from there down Scott Road to Newton, and several local routes, including the 371, pass through.

Plans and the floodplain

Bridgeview falls under the City's South Westminster plan, and an update endorsed in March 2025 includes a transit village study around Scott Road Station. Much of Bridgeview is low ground beside the river, so ask about floodplain rules, building elevations and insurance before you plan a rebuild or addition.

Who Bridgeview suits

Bridgeview often suits buyers who want a detached house close to SkyTrain and who don't mind industrial neighbours or the river setting. It's a short hop to New Westminster across the Pattullo.

It may not suit you if you need a big park or a shopping street right outside the door, or if floodplain rules would get in the way of your plans for the lot.
