Bolivar Heights is an MLS® area in North Surrey, north of City Centre. Two large City parks sit in it: Bolivar Park and Invergarry Park. The City Centre Plan update allows for growth in the Bolivar Heights area, including a mixed-use neighbourhood centre. On the MLS® map, between about 137 and 145 Street it starts around 108 Avenue, north of Whalley.
