Planning and zoning

Planning in Queen Mary Park Surrey

Zoning and plan designations can be different for each lot.

  • The City approved its City Centre Plan in 2017 to guide growth in Surrey’s downtown. Ask the City whether a property is inside that plan area.
  • Queen Mary Park protects Healy Creek, so lots near the creek can have streamside limits.
  • On March 11, 2024, Council expanded the City Centre Plan boundary to take in the transit-oriented areas around SkyTrain stations, so check the current plan map for the address.
